Ting-Peng Liang (Fellow, AIS) is the Director of Electronic Commerce Research Center and National Chair Professor of Information Management at the National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan. Prior to the current position, he had been Dean of Academic Affairs and Dean of the College of Management, Director of the Graduate Institute of Information Management, and Director of the Software Incubator of the same University. He received his doctoral degree in Information Systems from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and had taught at the University of Illinois, Purdue University, and Chinese University of Hong Kong. His primary research interests include electronic commerce, intelligent systems, decision support systems, knowledge management, and strategic applications of information systems. His papers have appeared in journals such as Management Science, MIS Quarterly, Journal of MIS, Operations Research, Decision Support Systems, and Decision Sciences. He also serves on the editorial board of Decision Support Systems and several academic journals.
Eldon Y. Li is University Chair Professor and Director of Innovation and Incubation Center and Center for Service Innovation at National Chengchi University in Taiwan. He was Professor and Dean of College of Informatics at Yuan Ze University in Taiwan, as well as a professor and the Coordinator of MIS Program at the College of Business, California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California, USA. He visited the Department of Decision Sciences and Managerial Economics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong during 1999-2000. He was the Professor and Founding Director of the Graduate Institute of Information Management at the National Chung Cheng University in Chia-Yi, Taiwan. He holds a Ph.D. from Texas Tech University. His current research interests are in innovation and technology management, human factors in information technology (IT), strategic IT planning, software engineering, quality assurance, and information and systems management. He is the president of International Consortium for Electronic Business and Asia Pacific Decision Sciences Institute in 2007-2008
Eric T.G. Wang is Information Management Chair Professor at National Central University, Taiwan (ROC). He received the Ph.D. degree in Business Administration, specialized in computer & information systems, from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Rochester. His research interests include electronic commerce, outsourcing, organizational economics, and organizational impact of information technology. His research has appeared in Information & Management, Management Science, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, Decision Sciences, Decision Support Systems, Information Systems Journal, Omega, European Journal of Information Systems, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Information Management, and others.
